Journal

Journal entry.

Art...a lot of times left on wall to be looked at and appreciated from a distance.  With a journal like this, the art becomes apart of you.  It is now something to feel and engage in.  It is personal without being too revealing.  Unlike the other pages in my journal that are tied up with words, this page, although there is something written, it is more about the starkness and the textures more than what is written.  Expressing emotion through the mixture of found objects and paint, colored pencil, or charcoal might be more satisfying than pouring my hearts on the page using exact and deliberate words.  However we chose to express ourselves is up to us, we are all unique...and I hope we stay that way.
